4 ripe Haas avocados
1 freshly squeezed lime
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Zentei Matcha green tea powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 red onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Parsley to decorate the top
- Scoop the avocados out of their shells into a large bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, cumin and Zentei Matcha and mix well.
- Then fold in the onions, tomatoes, jalapeno and garlic.
- Top with parsley and serve.
