4 ounces white chocolate
1/2 teaspoon Zentei Matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup popcorn kernels (about 8 cups popped)
Melt chocolate in the microwave in a microwave-safe bowl.
Add the Zentei Matcha and stir until the white chocolate and matcha are completely blended.
Place the popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle with the matcha/white chocolate mixture, tossing as you go, until the popcorn is coated.
Season with salt.
Put the popcorn in the refrigerator until the coating has hardened, about 10 minutes.
Break-up any clumps and serve.
